The Charles is very functional 4 bed 2 bath plan with full unfinished basement. Still a great open floor plan, and with 4 bedrooms. The master bedrooms is very comfortable with nice bathroom and walk in closet. The open kitchen with custom cabinets solid surface counters and a nice pantry is a great place to cook and entertain. Don't forget the spacious covered back patio!
